Sewing Machine Basics
Settle in as we show you how to master the sewing machine! We use Janome 230DC sewing machines -- easy for beginners, great for all skill levels, and pedal-free friendly.
Get Sewing
Now the fun begins. Fuelled by tea, coffee and biscuits, you'll spend the rest of the day learning the basics of alterations .Hems to long no problem we will show you the correct technique to shorten them .Waistbands to big you will be taught how to adjust and make your outfits fit like a dream . Plenty of guidance will be on hand if you need it.

- You can buy thread from your local haberdashery shop or Dunelm.
- Due to our classes being mobile, we only have a limited amount of haberdashery we can bring.
